Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the United States for more than 10 seasons. She was part of, and captain, for the US Olympic Women's Gymnastics Team Final Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). Aly Raisman is one of the gymnasts from the United States who won gold at the 2012 Olympics. This meant that she was the very first American at the Olympics who had the most number of medals. At the 2016 Olympics she won gold in the team event which brought her and teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having being one of the very first Americans to have two consecutive team golds. She also won silvers in the individual all around event and for floor work. Between her two Olympic Games the athlete took a break. Additionally, she was among the gold-winning American squads at the two World Championships. She began learning gymnastics in the age of 2 and her favourite event is floor workouts. Aly works with The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her mother. Aly is planning to pursue a career as a designer. The next goal she has is the expansion of her signature line of leotards. Fierce is a novel she's currently working on will be released later in the year.
